We at Hydrilo Clean want you to love our products. If you face any issues, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

1. Returns Eligibility

1. Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
2. Products must be unused, sealed, and returned in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
3. Opened or partially used boxes of laundry pods cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
   
   

2. Refunds

1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
2. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.
3. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
   
   

3. Replacements

1. If the product is found defective/damaged, we may offer a free replacement instead of a refund, depending on availability.
   
   

4. Cancellation Policy

1. Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
